Jurors Walk
Sunday, Sept. 20, 2-4 pm
Alton Mill Arts Centre, Alton, Ontario
This free event (please RSVP) is an opportunity to take a walk with the 2026 Jurors, Julia Veenstra and Liza Zhurkovskaya , to listen and learn about what impressed them when selecting the works of art on exhibit by the artists juried into the 30th Annual Headwaters Arts Juried Art Show & Sale. As an artist or art collector it is a chance to ask questions and learn more about the art world. The afternoon includes reception with refreshments.
This event would also be of interest to any artist who applies to juried shows and is curious about the process.
While we welcome last minute attendees, an RSVP will help us to gage the amount of refreshments we will need for the afternoon.

We acknowledge that the land on which we gather, and on which the Region of Peel operates, is part of the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit. For thousands of years, Indigenous peoples inhabited and cared for this land. In particular we acknowledge the territory of the Ani-shinabek, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Ojibway/Chippewa peoples; the land that is home to the Metis; and most recently, the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation who are direct descendants of the Mississaugas of the Credit.
We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land, and by doing so, give our respect to its first inhabitants.
