Alina Lloyd’s art is her time capsule. Like a magpie, who collects shiny objects, she searches for beautiful moments and images and wills them into existence. She uses the images of nature’s beauty to balance the disturbing images we see on today’s media. Her paintings focus on comfort and contemplation that nature offers for healing and growth. She enjoys being outdoors – hiking, kayaking and gardening provide her with endless inspirations for her work.
