The Headwaters Arts Special Events Committee has been working hard to plan this year’s flagship event and it looks like it will be a spectacular Festival with gorgeous art, and a full slate of arts events. The Festival kicks off with the Opening Soiree on Sept. 14, the Juror’s Walk and Art Market on Sept. 16, the Campfire Poets on Sept. 22 and the Authors Afternoon on Sept. 24.
