A Message from Margi Taylor:
Hello Headwaters Arts Members,
I hope you are all doing well and have enjoyed another year of creating and appreciating cultural pursuits.
It’s time again to hold our Annual General Meeting where we will take a look at the year in review and then hear from Damian Weston, Executive Director of the Guelph Arts Council. Damian is an award winning filmmaker, screenwriter and a composer, with strong opinions on arts and social services.
Legally we need to address the business side of the meeting and this year we have new By-Laws to approve. Towards that end, we need you to RSVP so that we can accommodate all the participants as well as track the numbers for quorum.
If you are unable to join us, then please send in the attached proxy or reply by email that you appoint one of the board to vote for you. We need a quorum to move forward.
If you have let your membership lapse, you can easily renew it by visiting www.headwatersarts.org.
