The Headwaters Arts Gallery Committee has been hard at work planning our show line up for 2021. While Covid-19 is still rearing its ugly head, we will not be deterred. The show must go on! So it is with a whole lot of optimism that we have put together the following schedule which will be implemented with as much flexibility as we can possibly muster to cover all the possible scenarios that 2021 will throw at us.
Jan. 6 – Feb. 28: A New Mood ( see Call to Artists)
How are you feeling as 2021 rolls in? Hopeful, optimistic, cautious? Let us see it through your art! Submit artworks, be it in 2 or 3 dimensional format, that reflect your dawning new mood!
Mar. 3 – Apr. 18: ReLaunch 2021
Time to ignite and set our sights on the artistic spirit with-in! Are you looking for your chance to relaunch your creativity? Headwaters Arts is encouraging our new members and members who have not showcased for some time, to submit your artworks, be it in 2 or 3 dimensional format, to this collective effort to renew!
Apr. 21 – May 24: Proposal Show
May 26 – July 4: We R the North
North of the 49th parallel and a place to stand. It doesn’t get much better than this and your artful pieces show us that! Submit artworks, be it in 2 or 3 dimensional format, that reflect your sense of our great country.
July 7 – Aug. 8: Cadence of Art
This show is providing artists in all genres, be it in a 2 or 3 dimensional format to do some searching to express visually that internal rhythm that drives you to create. Patterns in colour, motion, realism to non-objective/abstract. The possibilities are endless.
Aug. 11 – Sept. 12: Proposal Show
